    How to cancel

You can request a cancellation from the portal: Services → [your service] → Request cancellation. Pick a cancellation mode and submit.

    Cancellation modes

End of period. Your service stays active until the end of the current billing period. You've already paid for it — keep using the Mac until it expires. No further invoices are generated. This is the most common option.

Immediate. The service is scheduled for termination as soon as possible. We don't wait for the billing period to end and there is no refund for the unused portion.

Mac Studio M4 Max has a minimum term of 3 months. Cancellations submitted before that are honoured at the end of the minimum term.

    Review process

Cancellation requests are reviewed by our team before being executed. After submitting, you'll receive a confirmation email. Your service keeps running normally during the review. Once approved you're notified and the cancellation proceeds in the mode you chose.

    Data removal

When the cancellation is finalised, the Mac is wiped. We don't keep backups of cancelled services. Every file, configuration and local backup is permanently deleted. Copy off everything you need before the cancellation takes effect — ideally right after submitting the request, not on the last day. Once the disk has been wiped there is no recovery path.

Cancelling an order that hasn't been delivered yet

Open a ticket and we'll cancel the order before delivery. If you've already paid, we refund in full.

    Migrating away

If you're moving to another provider or back on-premise, we can:

    • Image your disk and ship the SSD/HDD to you (one-time fee).
    • Connect a USB drive temporarily so you can run a Carbon Copy Cloner backup (see Backing up).
    • Hold the IP for 7 days after termination so DNS can propagate.

Just open a ticket before submitting the cancellation so we can plan the timing.
