    Yes. vBoxx is certified against ISO/IEC 27001:2022 by TÜV NORD CERT (certificate no. CERT-001474-TN). The certificate covers all hosting services, including dedicated Mac mini hosting, remote power and KVM management, and our datacenter operations in the Netherlands.

    Our ISMS is independently audited by TÜV NORD CERT. We undergo a full external audit annually, plus surveillance audits in between, and we run continuous internal audits and management reviews ourselves.

    Access control with MFA and least-privilege, change and incident management, vulnerability and patch management, business continuity and disaster recovery, supplier and personnel security (background checks + NDAs), physical security in our Tier III datacenter, and audited remote-power / KVM actions on every customer Mac.

    Yes — the original PDF certificate issued by TÜV NORD is available on this site. Procurement teams can also request a signed copy, our Statement of Applicability summary, a custom DPA or supplier questionnaire via our contact form.

    Standard documents (certificate, DPA template, sub-processor list) are available on request to any prospect or customer under NDA. Detailed audit reports and the full Statement of Applicability are shared with enterprise customers under a signed NDA — contact our team to arrange this.

    ISO 27001 is a security management standard, not a privacy law — but the controls map directly to GDPR security obligations and to NIS2 risk-management requirements. We are GDPR compliant, host exclusively in the EU (Netherlands) and align operational practices with NIS2.
