Questions about the M6 pre-order
Can I pre-order the new Mac mini M6 hosting now?
Yes. Pre-orders are open now. We ship the new Mac mini line from the end of September; we buy, rack and provision the machines as soon as they land in our Dutch datacenter.
Do I have to pay in full to pre-order?
Yes. A pre-order is only confirmed once the first term is paid in full up front. That payment secures a machine from our first delivery batch.
When does my subscription start?
Your billing period and service start on the day we provision the Mac for you — not on the day you pre-order. Hardware is expected end of September.
What if Apple delays the shipment?
If we cannot deliver your configuration you get a full refund, or a free upgrade path to an available configuration. You never pay for a machine you did not receive.
Which specs can I pre-order?
Mac mini M6 with 12-core CPU and 12-core GPU, 16/24/32 GB unified memory, 256 GB to 2 TB SSD, and 2.5G or 10G Ethernet. The Mac mini M5 Pro is available for heavier render, encode and ML workloads.
Where are the machines hosted?
Amsterdam or Naaldwijk in the Netherlands, or Frankfurt in Germany (+25% on the Mac). All locations run on the same ISO 27001 certified, NIS2 and GDPR compliant platform.
